How online appointment booking works - step by step

  • AFTER A SUCCESSFUL BOOKING YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!
  • 1.) Select treatment reasonSelect the reason for your appointment in the first step (e.g. preventive care, pregnancy, contraception, counselling).
  • 2.) Select dateThe system automatically shows you the earliest available date. You can also search for a later date if this suits you better.
  • 3.) Registration by e-mailEnter your e-mail address. No password is required. If you wish to set a password, you can do so voluntarily.
  • 4.) Enter one-time codeYou will receive a unique registration code by e-mail. Enter this code in the system to continue the booking.
  • 5.) Complete personal detailsEnter your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. You can decide whether you want to create a password.
  • 6.) Accept data protection and general terms and conditionsTick the box to accept the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions. Then click on Log in.
  • 7.) Finalise bookingPlease enter the reason for your visit in the field provided. Please note: Booked appointments are binding. Missed appointments or appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged privately and will not be covered by health insurance. Finally, click on Submit booking to definitively book the appointment.
  • HintThe system will only show you available dates. There is no waiting list. If no suitable dates are currently available, you can call up the booking tool again at a later date.
    Appointments sometimes become available at short notice.

Travelling by public transport

From the main railway station in the direction of the old town through the east exit. After crossing the road, turn left into Bollwerk, No. 19 is immediately on the right-hand side. A lift leads to the 4th floor.

Travelling by car

A multi-storey car park is located directly opposite our practice behind the main railway station. There are plenty of parking spaces available there.
